BB Onyx does not have a pdf viewer by default on documents to go since the current version was 1.0. Strange things happen when u received email with pdf file, it is openable but if you’re trying to open pdf file on memory it is unable to open.

To be able to open pdf file, you need to upgrade your document to go standard edition to premium edition version 2. You can upgrade the applocation and have trial for 30 days. You can extend the trial period by purchase then enter the registration and activation key they’ve provided.

Otherwise, if you’re lucky enough you could find the registration and activation key from the internet.
