Windows unable to complete the format

For two hours, I had a problem with my external disk ( WD my passport ) since windows was unable to format the drive. Had restarted couple of times, went to safe mode for formatting but none of them are working. Low level formatting software built in for WD and HP USB removable tools formatting still come up with zero result!

Got so frustated till I download and install Easus Partition Master – Free Edition, just a quick minutes, it can fixed and formatted my external disk and repair its logical path drive too on my windows 7 pc. Perfecto!
