Dua hari yang lalu saya mengikuti pelatihan Situational Leadership II dari Ken Blanchard, Cukup menarik konsep yang ditawarkan karena mengetengahkan karakteristik bawahan dan atasan untuk menciptakan efektifitas dalam pekerjaan dan komunikasi. Materinya cukup banyak dan padat, sehingga kalau saya share disini bisa ber Mega Byte ( silahkan japri jika menghendaki ).

Prinsipnya sebetulnya ada tiga hal:
– Diagnosa -> Development Level ( D1, D2, D3, D4 )
– Flexibility -> Leadership Style ( S1, S2, S3, S4 )
– Partnering for Performance
